Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yaysim.com and the purchase of eSIM data plans (the "Service") from Yaysim ("Yaysim", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Yaysim. We use passwordless sign-in: you authenticate with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for all activity that occurs through your account.
2. What we sell
Yaysim sells prepaid mobile data eSIM plans covering single countries, regions, or global coverage. Plans are fulfilled by third-party mobile network and eSIM provisioning partners; Yaysim is a reseller, not a mobile network operator. Data allowances, validity periods, supported networks, and coverage areas are as described on each plan's page at the time of purchase.
3. Device compatibility
eSIM plans only work on devices that support eSIM technology and are carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. We are not responsible for a plan that cannot be used because a device is incompatible or locked to another carrier — see our Refund Policy for how this affects refund eligibility.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include our service margin over wholesale cost. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, after which we deliver your eSIM (QR code and/or manual activation details) as described in Section 5. We may correct listed prices that are obviously erroneous before an order is fulfilled.
5. Delivery
eSIMs are delivered digitally and typically instantly after payment is confirmed — a QR code and activation details are shown on the order confirmation page and saved to your account under "My eSIMs". Occasionally provisioning can take longer or fail due to a technical issue upstream; if that happens we will resolve it or refund you per our Refund Policy.
6. Data plan limitations
Network availability, coverage, and speed depend on local mobile network operators and are outside our control. Data allowances, validity periods (from date of activation, not purchase), and any fair-use policies are as stated on the plan you purchased. Unused data does not carry over after a plan's validity period ends.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to resell plans without our written permission, or to attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaysim's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of connectivity while traveling, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third parties to operate the Service, including Supabase (hosting, authentication, database), Stripe (payment processing), and eSIM Access (eSIM provisioning and underlying network access). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' applicable terms where they interact directly with you (for example, Stripe's handling of payment details).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including applicable electronic transactions and consumer protection legislation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
